Current Job Opening: Inside/Outside Sales Representative

RoMix Chemical is seeking an Inside/Outside Sales Representative based in the Dallas-Fort Worth, TX area to grow our customer base of ready-mix concrete producers, construction contractors, fleet operators, and industrial facilities. This is a dual-role position combining inside phone and email sales activity with outside field sales calls to prospective and existing accounts.

Location: Dallas-Fort Worth, TX (field coverage across the region)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new B2B accounts in the ready-mix concrete, construction, fleet maintenance, and industrial facility sectors
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing RoMix Chemical customers
  • Present and demonstrate RoMix product lines including concrete removers, truck wash chemicals, and fleet maintenance solutions
  • Respond to inbound inquiries and convert leads to orders
  • Provide product application guidance to customers
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

Requirements

  • Education: 4-Year Bachelor's Degree is strictly required
  • Location: Must reside locally in the Dallas-Fort Worth area
  • Experience: Previous sales experience in construction, chemicals, or industrial supplies is a plus
  • Strong communication skills — comfortable with phone outreach and in-person client meetings
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory independently
  • Knowledge of the ready-mix concrete, construction, or fleet maintenance industries is a plus
  • Valid driver's license required for field sales activity
